Dr Bard

One of my Malaysian friends di UoP ni telah berjaya lulus viva nya semalam (16/1/2012). Congratulations Dr Bard! I knew he was going to do well, and he probably did his viva pretty effortlessly, like his crossing the road in this picture, which was taken a day before his viva, in front of the Uni compound, where I bumped into him as I was busying myself shooting pictures around Uni, post-lab work.



Sebelah malam nya, well, Bard opened-table utk semua kaum Msia Plymouth, hehe. Alhamdulillah, and thank you tuan penaja. I ditched my plan of working in the lab that night, tp still psycho kan diri it's as much work as it is a celebratory party, bcoz pengalaman viva org adalah ilmu dan panduan buat kita esok2 jg. Harap2 berkat org baru lulus ni melekat la jg sipi2 kat aku, Insya Allah...

Above was what I had (I ate 2.5 kpg, the rest shared with others and tapau-ed balik rumah). I was fasting that day, and sudah pun berbuka puasa, altho light2 aje sbb plan mkn2 adalah ad-hoc at 7.30 pm. Antara sbb aku makan jg sket di rumah, walau ada jemputan (selain sbb berbuka) adalah sebab Hubs bole terjumpa ni kat kedai daging halal Sanjida's setelah 3 tahun kot x mkn. Cer teka cer teka.. apa ke benda nya?

Kasi clue sket, benda alah ni rhyme plak dgn nama featured celebrity di blog aku ni kali ni, yakni Dr Bard.


Dah tahu dah?

BABAT la, apa lagi kan. Aku mmg x pernah masak la babat ni (perut lembu). Setakat mkn pon, satay babat ada la kot time2 balik kg Hubs di Muar, tu pon jarang2 kalo menyinggah mkn breakfast kat luar mungkin la. Rupanya liat jg benda ni. Masak sup daging dan babat dalam pressure cooker, huih 40 minit x lembut lg. Hari ni (after rebus lg atas api), baru la seswai dimakan. Alhamdulillah...

i never cook on my own, tpi mak suka masak lemak...sodap!
