Di persimpangan Dilema

I am at a persimpangan dilema.

Begini...

Baru2 ni timbul kesedaran utk eat healthy and resume my exercize regime balik, in the hope that I will be fit and untung2 lose weight la kan. Aisyah pon dah setahun sebulan, xde alasan lg utk stay this bloated.

Masalahnya...

This affects my milk production la. The less calories I consume, the less milk I produce. Adus.. guano nak kurus? Forget puasa sunat Rejab, Syaaban, I'm thinking that I might kena fidyah x ganti posa lepas, and kalo dpt posa this Ramdhan pon, syukur Alhamdulillah dah.... Ada x org lain yg mengalami masalah yg sama?

Also, kena makan ikut time betul2 skang ni. If not, say smlm, mkn lunch dkt pkl 4 ptg sbb x lapar, tau2 masa pumping pkl 5 ptg tu hasilnya 3 oz sahaja. Panas hati betul. Silap sendiri pon ye jgk, sbb lmbt mkn. Tp dah x lapar kan? Watpe nak paksa2.

Sudahnya, dgn gigih pg ni bgn pkl 5 (lps Subuh tu), mengepam. Tp dpt 1 oz aje. Double bengang. Tp sabar, sabar.... proses nak mmperbaykkan semula susu ni takes time. Dah la pump kat rumah ni pump Medela Mini-E, emmm... hampeh. Suction power x kuat mana, bunyi je bising. Memekak pagi2 buta. Nasib la Aisyah tido dlm bilik, aku pam kat living room. Anyway, 1 oz pon, 1 oz la. Tetap simpan dalam peti. Pastu pkl 11 pg pump lg. Dpt 1 oz lg. Haha. Ketawakan diri sendiri. Xpe, campur2 dah dpt 2 oz kan.

Mmg silap aku juga sbb br2 ni berenti terus mengepam, coz masa my parents dtg, aku x gi school, so direct feeding aje. Which is cool. Kalo Aisyah nak feed direct mmg konfem ada milk tuh. Just when pumping, must be suction power dia lain or whatever (machines can never beat human, ni prinsip aku pegang even as a CS student), jadi payah sket. Kalo ngan spectra, dpt lebih la berbanding ngan Medela. Ni observation aku. Kalo ada mommies yg baru nk beli, aku syor kan beli la Spectra3. Pastu kalo ada rasa nak beli dua pump, satu kat umah, satu kat opis ke, (mcm aku), beli la pump yg identical. Sbb nya bila pump tu jenama lain, lain dia punya pumping power, suction rythm dan sbg nya. Buat konfius br3asts ajo. Dah la kena selang seli ngan baby direct feeding yg sememangnya pattern dah lain. Ni speaking from experience, huhu...

Nasib la Hubs memahami. Dia yg ckp, 'Dah x de tu x yah la pump lg. Jgn paksa diri...' or 'Sambung la ptg karang plak...' or 'Xpe, stok tu cukup lg seminggu tu...' or 'Mkn byk sket....' or 'Nanti balik guna la duit tu buat beli lobak putih...' and paling mahal, 'Mana ada gemuk. Dah slim dah ni di mata abang...' Ececeh... ni ayat x nak kasi org risau la ni. So skang mkn dah x lehg sukat2 sgt la. Tido minum Horlicks (konon membyk kan susu), which I hate the idea coz aku x minat pon minum air panas, apatah lg sblm tido. X psl2 dah tmbh kalori minum something yg aku x enjoy pon. Tp demi Aisyah la katakan.... And then this morning, kansel mkn mcm ciput, tp mkn 3 bijik pancake. Amek ko!

Tp apa2 pon tabik spring kat Hubs sbb dia cool aje, dan turut x mahu mengalah utk introduce FM. Aku yg tergila2 rasa nak berhijrah ke susu formula skang, sbb rasa mcm susu dah x de langsung!

Aku dah cuba cheat sket tau, sbb Aisyah kan dah setahun, so health visitor dia ckp, dah bole introduce fresh milk. Thinking that Aisyah is already eating cheese, cottage cheese, ice cream, milk in cereal, (and liking it as well!), aku pon bg la dia minum fresh milk. X nak dia! Agaknya dia pon tahu br3astmilk is better. So how leh?

A friend suggested letak Nesquick dlm fresh milk tu. Budak2 nnt suka. Tp aku x keen sgt la, takut manis sgt ke apa kan. Dah la gigi dia baru2 nak tumbuh and sometimes gosok sometimes x, tgk angin dia. Prefer kalo bole dia minum milk as it is la. Another suggested beli yg susu dalam kotak yg dah pra-bancuh. Aku takut membazir je, sbb Aisyah ni mcm x suka susu. Tu la, masa mengandung x minum susu. Bkn apa, minum je rasa nak muntah n loya2. Minum soya je wat ganti. Eh that's an idea. Nak try susu soya la, kot2 rasi ngan Aisyah.

Anyhoo, the only way now to lose weight without affecting milk production is through exercizing la kot. Minggu ni dah start balik. Hari Selasa itu hari gi Pilates. Pergh terasa core muscles (ecececeh... tiba2 ckp core muscle) tu shaped sket, sbb cramped2 otot perut lps tu. Then smlm gi gym. Hari ni kalo Zafi kata On, nak main skuasy. If not, then ke gym la kot. I have it all worked out dah. Heheh... Monday - Gym, Tuesday - Aerobic, Wednesday - Pilates, Thursday - Squash Or Zumbaa. Yes, Zumbaa...

Ni berjangkit Che Fadh la ni. Gatai2 gi klik kat blog dia psl Zumbaa ni, terus ter-hooked. It is said to be the biggest aerobic craze at the mo. Ingatkan lom sampau Plymouth. Google punya google, eh, it's coming to Plymouth this August! OMG! Count me in already!!!!!! Tp mahal sket la, GBP4 per class. So sebulan kena fork out, like GBP 16. Tgk la camne. Owh, and btw, Jumaat, Sabtu, Ahad aku nak rehat aje la.

Bkn apa citer kat sini, but experts kata, kalo nak lose weight, war2 kan kat org. Supaya org bole mengingatkan kita kembali bila kita gone astray. hehe. Plus nak kasi malu diri sendiri la kot, kata aje nak lose weight tp .... dot .. dot... dot... hehe... Oh, and satu lg pesan experts, nak lose weight ni, sila letak gmbr gemuk anda di tempat yg anda selalu bole tgk, supaya menjadi motivasi utk kurus. Maka ini la gmbr gumuk aku...

sbnarnya, gmbr2 gemuk gila aku byk yg x pki tudung. bila x menutup aurat tu, lebih jelas extra layer of fat merata2 huhu

wat je percubaan banyak kali bagi fresh milk tu..sblm tu i pun camtu..yg ruginyer i try error guna s26..rugiler..20% je yg guna ..lelain buang camtu adalah sampai 3 tin i beli..tapi lelama i guna je fresh milk suam..kita paksa je minum.sambil layan..belai tgk video dia..sambil baring2..lama2 dia nak..goda2 shake botol depan dia..terpaksa guna botol gak.kang guna cup tertumpah lak..tapi..time nak tido..breast kt gak dia nak tuju..night memang dia fully BF..tapi oklah gak..lgpun..nak memenuhi permintaan susu dia sblm ni after 1 year..sampai kt xder tenaga..sampai bad mood jadinyer..rupanyer..dia memang makin byk minum susu sbb nak cover tenaga sbb dia xmo mkn

jom zumba!~ Count me in!! Aku agak sibuk from today till 3rd Aug..kene belasah dgn supervisor....hari2 ada deadline..huargh! Tiada lagi bahagia buat masa sekarang ...uwaa!! Sori beb tk on YM pun skang..

anyway, i admit it... bulan posa last year, i was damn worried if the milk production decreased. tapi, automatik masa sahur i sanggup minum byk air (& berulang ke toilet) just bcoz of the junior.

kdg2 kita je perasan BM dah sikit. i dah rasa mcm tu berkali2 & since long ago... but alhamdulillah until today, cikebum still gets his share.

thx for the tips. mungkin lps ni bole bg mcm tu, at least for breakfast ke dulu, suh dia suka dgn rasa fresh milk tu dulu.mmg, bad mood, stressed, risau, jgn cerita la... so far kita pki cup. mmg konfem tumpah. elok je dia wat main frsh milk tu

Exercise ni addicted la. Plus that's the only time I feel like a free bird, without having to think about work :).

Haah la, nampak zumbaa workout tu very exciting! But unfortunately rasanya Zumbaa tak sampai lagi kot kat M'sia ni... :( (teringat la plak kat game Zuma yang kita still sangkut kat L-12 semenjak time gang2 kita hot main game tu, till now...he he he...)

betul2...mmg sgt freeing exercize nih.. lebih2 lg yg mmg ada kelas khas, mcm aerobics. kalo gym workout tu, not as fun, but still ok. paling best ialah walking out of the gym feeling very positive gitu, eventho lom turun apa2 weight pon, just rasa healthy. psycho sungguh!

masa mula2 cerita kat my hubs pon her was like, 'hah zuma?'. hehe... still maintain main game tu sampai skang hehehe

salam noris...xdelah gemuk mana...ok je...berat brp skrg?kalau kira ngan tinggi ok x? kalau dlm lingkuungan nrmal..ok je..tp kalau terover weight, kenalah exercise kan...e gemuk masa ngandung naik 20kg++..sblm ngandung 53..sampai bln 75..haaa.amik ko..mmg setiap kali nagndung gitu..tp bila anak kuar..turunlah 10kg..still ada berkg2 nk turunkan kan...so,masa dlm pntg tulah e kuruskn bdn..air minum banyak..tp mkn..huhuhu..x mkn nasi seminggu..mkn roti je..tu pun 2 keping...tp masa tu kan susu mcm banya lg..so xde effect ape2lah..skrg ni khadijah dh setahun..e pun berat dh turun..now i'm 54kg..oklah...kurus sgt pun x lawa gak..betul dop?apepun take care...boleh nk diet.mkn skit..tp make sure air minum banyak n cukup vitamin 4 the baby..tu je..ok??
