Mmg mcm raya pun pilihanraya baru2 ni hihi... First time since balik UK, aku balik kg Hubs di Muar. Actually nya, Hubs and Aisyah dah balik a few times dah before this, tp since aku terlalu sarat, then bersalin plak, then dlm pantang, mmg belum pernah jejak2 lg. This was also Zayd's first time traveling above an hour car ride. Alhamdulillah, all went well and both adik and kakak sat in their respective car seats baik2 aje for the entire time (they always have, but I didn't know what to expect traveling long distance with a newborn). Even better, dua2 adapted well kat kampung, which really pleased me. Kakak Aisyah has been here a few times, so there was no surprises there, and little Adik Zayd pon nampaknya rasi jgk la, mandi paip sejuk2 awal pagi and impressively tido from 8 pm - 5 am dalam travel cot dia, sampai nak malatop dah isi br3asts kalo x pump menunggukan dia bgn huhu... sejuk2 nyaman agaknya hawa angin kat kampung sbb mlm nya hujan hmmm... (padahal kat umah tido bukak aircon pon. x sama agaknya).
Anyway, mmg feeling2 raya gitu, especially since the night before lg all anak beranak siap menantu and cucu (minus along nya family) balik umah my MIL, so suasana gamat. Nak masuk toilet pon amik nombor okeh hehehe... Dgn masak2 yg over the top lauknya, mmg ala2 raya dah... Petang sblm hari mengundi tu gi Tanjung. Spt tempat2 lain jg, penuh sesak dgn penyokong2 pro and pembangkang duk konvoi and hon2, happening jgk la. We went there to have ABC (Aisyah's current sugar craze) and also jalan2 saja2.
Pagi mengundi tu we all got dressed up, and kebetulan Aisyah had on her baju kurung, and I also wore baju kurung for the first time post-caeserean, AND since we all x de gmbr berempat lg, we took pics kat anjung umah Hubs. This was us.
Lps mengundi tu kitaorg terpaksa balik cpt2 ke Selangor, since it was my turn to vote. Alhamdulillah we missed the accident yg melibatkan bas and 13 kereta tu di Ayer Keroh by half an hour kot. Syukur sgt2 x terlibat and also x tersekat dlm jam. Kalo x, x dpt nak mengundi la plak (I arrived at the election station around 4.30 pm dah).
I've exercised my right to vote, and have chosen what I felt was THE RIGHT party. Did you?
