Salam From Malaysia

We have safely reached Malaysia last week (Tuesday, 29 January 2013) at 6.15 pm, KLIA. Only a week has gone, tp rasanya mcm dah lamaaaaa sgt kat Msia, bcoz there's just so many things we had to do, and so little time to adapt to the changes. Even internet pun x de lagi kat rumah, so when I can, I grab the opportunity to do bnda2 yg penting dulu like check emails, internet banking etc, etc. I miss blogging. Byk nak cerita and share, but will have to wait. Mmg kerja giler, viva on the 24th, and we flew back on the 28th. But Allah Maha Kaya, maha Mengasihani, Maha Agung telah mempermudahkan segalanya buat kami, and what we've prayed for telah Dia kabulkan Alhamdulillah.

As expected, the changes in life ni byk slps balik Msia, and I think Aisyah is faced with the most challenges - the heat, the food, the mosquitoes and creepy crawlies -  you name it. It's all new and different to her, but I must report that I am massively impressed with the way she has adapted to these changes. First few days were tough, but now she has taken on the new life and wakes up at 5.45 am every morning *gasp* with a smile. Ye... 5.45 am coz the traffic is just so bad in Malaysia, in order to get to drop her off at my Mom's so that we can get to work in time (Hubs and I have lapor diri already). Never la kat UK nak keluar rumah so early kan, everywhere was within walking distance *sigh*

Changes in life are never easy. But as Lao Tzu once said, "Life is a series of natural and spontaneos changes. Don't resist them; it only creates sorrow. Let reality be reality. Let things flow naturally forward in whatever way they like."

So my darling daughter, the pain you feel today is the strength you feel tomorrow. Remember, for every challenge encountered there is opportunity for growth. Most importantly, we are in this together...

Must be quite an adjustment for her! Here's hoping she'll take it all in her stride and do just fine. Little kids are pretty adaptable.

Salam Oyis..

Selamat kembali ke tanah air... ye, memang tak dapat dinafikan untuk memulakan hidup di tanah air sendiri byk cabarannya setelah sekian lama bergelar perantau.. terutama anak-anak. Even anak2 k.nida pun sampai sekarang masih merindui NZ :(. Namun apapun this is the reality... Malaysia adalah tanah tumpah darah kita..

Moga keluarga Oyis sihat di Malaysia sebab anak-anak akak demam dua minggu sekembalinya ke Malaysia.

Hi are using Wordpress for your blog platform?
I'm new to the blog world but I'm trying to get started and
set up my own. Do you require any html coding expertise to make your own blog?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Dear Oyis,

I came across your blog and learned that you live in Plymouth. My company publishes an iPhone app consisting of self-guided walking tours in Plymouth. However, these walking tours were compiled three years ago and some of the information may be out of date. We are looking for people who currently live in Plymouth to review the tour content and give us feedback.

Would you be interested in reviewing our walking tours in Plymouth or posting a "Look for reviewers" announcement for us in your blog? We offer reward to people who send us feedback. The reviewers will receive gift codes for our iOS walking tours apps. Each gift code is good for a free walking tour iPhone app download, normally priced at US$4.99. We have walking tour apps covering all major cities in the world.

I look forward to hearing from you.
